An estimate is the start of our design build process and we do our best to provide you with an accurate proposal. Whether our hardscape design team has crafted your vision or you’ve come to us with existing plans, We will leave no detail overlooked when assessing every project and it's related cost. Once the scope and pricing are agreed upon, we will draft a formal contract  that will be presented to begin your dream build.

Once the formal build contract is in place, our hardscape contractors promptly begin preparing comprehensive construction plans. We gather all required documentation and submit the necessary materials to the appropriate city or county authorities for approval. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed at every stage, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

While permits are being processed, our hardscape specialists will reach out to guide you through selecting the best materials that will bring your outdoor living space to life. We recommend finalizing these choices before permits are issued to ensure a streamlined and uninterrupted project progression.

With permits secured, our team will reach out to schedule the construction of your project. As a client, you’ll have a dedicated project manager overseeing every phase of the build, ensuring that our commitment to quality craftsmanship remains at the forefront of each phase. Each project presents unique challenges, and your project manager will be there every step of the way, providing guidance for a seamless, enjoyable experience.
